Characteristics of the goods and services provided

The products and services offered are those listed in the catalogue published on the XXXXXX website.

Each product is accompanied by a description drawn up by the supplier; for some of them, bearing the mention DF, the buyer may have access to the supplier's documentation.

The photographs in the catalogue are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colours.

Rates

The prices appearing in the catalogue are inclusive of all taxes in euros, taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order; any change in the rate may be passed on to the price of the products or services.

XXXXXX reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being however understood that the price appearing in the catalogue on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

The prices indicated do not include the costs of order processing, transport and delivery provided that they take place in the geographical areas provided for below.

Geographical area

The online sale of the products and services presented on the site is reserved for buyers who reside in France, in the French overseas departments and territories or XXXXXX and for deliveries required in these geographical areas.

Orders

The buyer, who wishes to purchase a product or service must obligatorily :

Fill in the identification form on which he will indicate all the requested information or give his customer number if he has one;

fill in the online order form giving all the references of the products or services chosen;

validate his order after having checked it;

make the payment in the conditions provided;

confirm his order and payment.

Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, the acknowledgement of having perfect knowledge of them and the renunciation to avail oneself of one's own terms and conditions of purchase or other conditions.

All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will be worth proof of the transaction. The confirmation will be worth acceptance of the operations carried out. The seller will communicate by e-mail confirmation of the contract offer.

Withdrawal

Apart from the exceptions stated by the Law, the consumer has a withdrawal period of fourteen days from the delivery of their order, to inform the e-merchant, in writing, of his intention to withdraw, and to return the product to the seller at his own expense. From receipt of the letter of withdrawal, the e-merchant has a period of fourteen days to reimburse the consumer for the price paid by the latter, excluding return costs.

Terms of payment

The price is payable at the time of order.

Payments will be made by credit card; they will be made through the XXXXXX secure system which uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and no third party can read it during transport on the network.

The buyer's account will only be debited when the products or services available are shipped and only for the amount of the products or services sent or downloaded. At the buyer's request, a paper invoice will be sent to the buyer showing the VAT.

Deliveries

Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form, which can only be in the agreed geographical area.

The risks are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the products have been delivered.

In the event of damage during transport, the purchaser must express detailed reservations on the delivery slip and contact the vendor as soon as possible.

If delivery times exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be cancelled and the buyer reimbursed.

Guarantee

The subscription of a possible contractual guarantee does not prevent the application of the legal provisions relating to the legal guarantee of conformity, as set out in articles L211-4 and following of the Consumer Code, and the guarantee of hidden defects, as mentioned in articles 1641 to 1648 of the Civil Code, reproduced below:

The seller is obliged to deliver goods in conformity with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.

He shall also be liable for defects in conformity resulting from packaging, assembly instructions or installation, if the latter has been charged to him by the contract or has been carried out under his responsibility.
